Our Project Management Team has experience of delivering Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for several years.

With a thorough understanding of Specialist Disability Accommodation requirements, we can respond to Participants needs and Preferences in each of the Design classification including:

• Acquisitions of Land/House for Re-Development.

• Market Assessment of where SDA is required.

​

• Develop a Concept Drawing.

• Council Discussion of a Pre Town planning, under Community Care Accommodation.

​

• SDA Design Assessment by an Accredited Assessor.

​

• Facilitate the Tender for the Building including Specifications.

​

• Facilitate the Pre-Plaster Stage on Site Assessment by Accredited SDA Assessor.

​

• Facilitate the in obtaining a building permit. 

​

• Facilitate NDIS-SDA AS-Build Assessment obtain all the necessary documentation for the dwelling to be registered with NDIS.
